Q. Who can order from the CHS Book Store?
A. Online ordering is a service provided only for parents of students at Bishop Sullivan CHS.
Q. When can I order books?
A. Online ordering times and dates will be publisehd in April, 2008.
Q. Can I begin an order and save it to complete at a later time?
A. No, the system is not designed to save orders. Once you begin an order you must either complete it, or cancel it and start the order over.
Q. I tried to add one title to my order twice, but could not. How can I order multiple copies of a book?
A. From the order review screen, you may enter the number of copies you want to order and click the "Update Order" button.
Q. I know my name should be in the parent database, but the search does not find it. What should I do?
A. If you have entered your last name and phone number in the format requested, perhaps we have entered one or the other incorrectly. Please register anew and we will remove the incorect record if it exists.
Q. Is there a way to order all books for a class at once, instead of adding them to my order one by one?
A. No, at this time the program works like typical online shopping cart programs - you must add items one at a time.
Q. I forgot my username and password. Do I have to create a new one?
A. No, you can email a request to us to retrieve and send your login information to you.
