A. Online ordering is a service provided only for parents of students at Bishop Sullivan CHS.

A. Beginning 12:01 am, July 6, 2009 for the 2009-2010 school year.
Q. Can I begin an order and save it to complete at a later time?
A. No, the system is not designed to save orders. Once you begin an order you must either complete it, or cancel it and start the order over.
Q. I tried to add one title to my order twice, but could not. How can I order multiple copies of a book?
A. From the order review screen, you may enter the number of copies you want to order and click the "Update Order" button.
Q. I know my name should be in the parent database, but the search does not find it. What should I do?
A. If you have entered your last name and phone number in the format requested, perhaps we have entered one or the other incorrectly. Please email the webmaster to have this checked and corrected - include proper spelling of name and phone number.
Q. I forgot my username and password. Do I have to create a new one?
A. No, you can use this form to retrieve your login information.
